Exploring the Problems

I conducted stakeholder interviews to ensure a cohesive project vision, seeking to understand the issues and objectives of both parties involved. I also had the opportunity to remotely connect with MAP Museum volunteers and members, inquiring about their difficulties when using a similar website for Indian art and history.

Defining the Problem

To ensure a smooth hiring process for drivers, it's important to understand their needs and the challenges they face.

We also gather information on their frustrations and pain points through surveys, news articles, and other resources related to the transportation industry.

User Insights

The company currently hires drivers through phone calls or messages. This causes safety concerns for users who don't have enough information about the driver.

Unlike ride-hailing services such as Uber or Grab, users do not have the option to choose their preferred driver or select from multiple driver options.

The deficiency of ratings and reviews leaves potential users feeling uncertain about their ability to select suitable drivers and end up choosing other services.

User-flow

We brainstormed to come up with an ideas that could inspire newer, better, more practical, or more innovative solutions. Our objective is to create a mobile application that can tackle problems and reduce unnecessary resource expenditure.

Wireframe

After completing the discovery phase and gathering sufficient information regarding the user's goals and motivations, I began developing a wireframe prototype.

This was done to map out the app's functionality, identify potential issues early on, and ultimately save time on revisions in the future.

Easy pickup location

Auto-suggest mechanism to guiding user, reduces data input and speed up the process.

It is my top priority to give users the freedom to add their favorite places or places that they travel the most in the reachable position.

Adaptive design system

I created a modular design system using reusable components like cards and list items to ensure consistency and efficiency in design. This allows for a uniform aesthetic and consistent user experience across different devices.

Each component can be rearranged and combined while maintaining recognizable UI patterns.
Retrospective

What I learned from doing this project

Ship the design first and then iteration

Assigning specific tasks to each team member is crucial.

Feedback from the team can improve to a better design.

Retrospective

What would i do differently next time

Adapt more of Material Design or Apple's Human Interface guidelines

Start design more robust design system and extendable design

Organize and manage file name and file storage.
