Exploring the Problems

Lack of Accessibility

Adults often face accessibility challenges
Users with hearing or visual impairments.

Inefficient Processes

Manual handling of payments
Inability to Automate Subscriptions

Poor Navigation

Lack of clear structure and flow
Hard to digest contents

Exploring the layout

After creating a site map, I had a clear idea of how to structure each page. I then sketched out the page layout by combining the best parts of the old design and the new layout.

Wireframing

Mapping of content and user flow with wireframe design generate new content ideas for the section and how to promote the services which MAP offers.

Modular Contents

This Modular content can be group into smaller, more manageable components. Can be reused across appropriate pages and sections, offers greater flexibility in how content is presented to users.

Homepage

Encourage users to visit the Museum by displaying both current events and exhibitions with a prominent "Plan your visit" CTA.

In order to lead user to right intent page I've created six category grids to make it easier to navigate

Visit

Taking inspiration from the road sign, I redesign all the visitor guideline and accessibility text content into a grid with icon and short text for user to process more quickly and easily.

Watch Page

Our platform enables the user to browse and watch any season or episode of a series, along with the ability to explore other shows through a single page interface back and fourt, effectively reducing unnecessary steps

What's On

Stakeholders suggest gating Exhibition and Event pages. i design a content with CTA button contain actionable words like “Become a member” or “Book now” to directs users to take a specific action and tells them exactly what to expect when they click on a button.

Also designed a new product section to promote a product that is related to this Exhibition and Event.

Read

My work involves creating engaging content for users, which includes blogs, essays, and interviews. To capture and maintain users' attention, I design visually appealing features that encourage them to explore the content further and keep them engaged.

User Dashboard

I redesigned the MAP old dashboard for enhancing the user experience by giving individuals a centraliz ed hub to control over their account and interactions within the website.

Easy Navigation

I utilize a sidebar to act as navigation facet of the site to help visitors get around the website seamlessly , find important links to other content.
Retrospective

Exploring the Problems

I conducted stakeholder interviews to ensure a cohesive project vision, seeking to understand the issues and objectives of both parties involved. I also had the opportunity to remotely connect with MAP Museum volunteers and members, inquiring about their difficulties when using a similar website for Indian art and history.
